Royal Caribbean

Royal Caribbean is a long-time supporter of Make-A-Wish®, on both a local and national scope. Since inception, the Wishes at Sea program has helped realize the wishes of 1,756 children through the contribution of in-kind and discount staterooms.

Royal Caribbean also hosts a Walk for Wishes event for passengers on their cruise ships throughout the year raising funds to support wishes in the communities where their employees work and live. The hands-on support of literally hundreds of Royal Caribbean employees have helped to encourage donations onboard ships and raised more than $1 million in cash resources for Make-A-Wish®®. 

In Oregon, Royal Caribbean continues to be one of the chapter’s most generous and meaningful corporate partners. Each year, the Royal Caribbean call center in Springfield, Ore. hosts Make-A-Wish Oregon’s annual Waffles and Wishes breakfast to raise funds for local wishes while sharing magical wish moments with guests.  This year’s breakfast will take place on July 25, 2012 and seats are still available if you would like to join in the magical morning.

Rita Stolze, Director of Trade Support & Services at Royal Caribbean Cruises, serves on the chapter’s Board of Directors and continues to help connect Royal Caribbean with the Make-A-Wish mission.
