About 15% of our chapter’s funding comes from fundraisers planned by organizations, schools, companies, and service organizations to benefit local wishes. From company holiday parties to family reunions, groups are essential in the support of the 180 wishes we grant each year.
Ways to Fundraise for Make-A-Wish

Corporate sponsorships of events or campaigns help support the Foundation’s mission. |
You have the power to make wishes come true, simply by organizing your friends, coworkers, team, or community organization for a Make-A-Wish® fundraiser. |
A program that enables students to discover philanthropy by selecting their own fundraising project and managing it from start to finish, with little or no help from their teachers. |
| Become an Adopt-A-Wish partner by sponsoring a child’s wish with a donation of $5,000. |
The awareness for our cause creates opportunities for businesses interested in supporting the Foundation’s work while showing customers they care. |
Workplace giving is an easy way to donate regularly to Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Oregon through automatic payroll deductions or a one-time donation to the charity or charities of your choice. |
A Wish Impacts a Child’s Health
A combined 89 percent of nurses, doctors, social workers and child life specialists surveyed say they believe that the wish experience can influence wish kids’ physical health.
